Reservations, Deposits & Cancellation Policies


DEPOSITS:

All reservations must be made with a credit card. Reservations made for the high-season and holiday weekends will require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid in full upon arrival. When payment is made in cash, a valid credit card will be necessary for our security.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. For all cancellations received 60 days or more before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of $50.00.
2. For all cancellations received in less than 60 days of date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. For all cancellations received in less than 15 days of date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, and you will be held responsible for any days not rented.
